What are Diabetes symptoms in men?
What are Diabetes symptoms in men? Diabetes is a very serious disease in both men and women. It changes everyone’s lives that come into contact with them. It is also very dangerous and slowly kills the body. There are three main forms of the horrible condition called diabetes. The first and most serious form is where the pancreas organ creates too little of the chemical called insulin. This first diabetes form is usually diagnosed when the person is young and a still a child, generally less than 20 years of age. This first main diabetes form is really hard on a family as it requires full diet changes to everything they eat and do. The second diabetes form is due to the pancreas not producing enough of the insulin and the body not responding well to the insulin that it is given to it. This diabetes form is also most commonly associated with people who are way overweight and do not exercise enough as their body needs. This second diabetes kind affects more people than any other form of the diabetes condition. This is generally because of the vast amounts of sweet sugar stuffed foods people in the United States eat every day of the year. The third and last main diabetes type is called gestational diabetes and only forms when a woman is pregnant and usually ends after the woman has delivered the baby. The problem with gestational diabetes or any form of the horrible diabetes condition is that it damages the body. The main diabetes damage that is caused by diabetes is permanent and damages the cells of the heart, nerves, eyes, and kidneys; it also increases the chances on getting heart and kidney disease. This serious diabetes damage is all permanent and is usually not noticed till years later. So what are diabetes symptoms in men?
Low sodium diabetic diet
A low sodium diabetic diet is a great way to be able to remain healthy, lose weight and maintain your diabetes all at the same time. A low sodium diabetic diet is typically taken on upon when a diabetic has had a lot of problems with edema or swelling. Many times by eliminating or cutting back on the sodium or salt intake it can prevent you from having large amounts of edema which can cause serious side effects such as pain, unable to walk or use your limbs and extremities as well as run the risk for serious infections.
Low sodium diabetic diet doesn’t mean that you have to cut out all of your sodium at once, you can either gradually taper off of it and reduce it down a little at a time or you can eat foods with sodium in moderation. Low sodium doesn’t have to mean, awful tasting, there are still plenty of ways to accent and spice up your food so that it tastes good all at the same time as you losing weight and watching your diabetes.

Diabetic myopathy
Are you diabetic and suffer from many other medical problems stemming from diabetes? It seems like once people are diagnosed with diabetes multiple things start going wrong such as diabetes myopathy, gangrene, ingrown toenails and multiple other medical problems.
Diabetes myopathy is one of the most common medical problems associated with being diabetic, where the muscles stop working in a certain part of the body and there is generally nothing left that can be done at this point except to amputate or require hospital stay in order to relieve the pain. Diabetic myopathy most commonly is found in arms, hands, feet, legs and fingers.
When you first become a diabetic your body is almost in shock because your body is trying so hard to make enough insulin so that all of your organs are regulated and working together smoothly. As you are a diabetic your body is trying to keep up with either the large amounts of glucose that you are digesting or the small amounts that your body is producing and then trying to make it all level out so that your organs can work together to keep your body healthy and maintain everything.
